What Collecttough Remodeling Is

Collecttough Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. We do not do design, demolition, plumbing, electrical, tile, cabinet or any other remodeling work. A good comparison is a switchboard: it links the line, but it does not do the talking.

When you phone the number shown on this website or send a form, your call or request may be routed to an independent provider, or to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How We Get Paid

Collecttough Remodeling may be paid by providers or marketing partners for the calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. The payment may depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you decide not to hire the provider.

This payment does not change the price a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at prices the provider sets. Collecttough Remodeling does not offer financing.

Providers Run Their Own Businesses

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Collecttough Remodeling. Each provider alone is responsible for:

• Its quotes, contracts, pricing and payment terms
• The quality and scheduling of its work
• Its licenses, insurance and permits
• How it communicates with you and conducts itself

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement of that provider or a promise about its work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are taking part in our network at that moment.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. We encourage you to ask questions, check credentials, request an itemized written quote and compare other quotes before you decide.

Calls made through this website may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
